Refund policy

At Oaklyn Atelier, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, you can request a return by following the process below.

Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 4 hours of being placed. After this window, the order can no longer be canceled, but you can still return it once it has been delivered.

Return period
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return conditions
For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unwashed.
• It must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included, where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet these conditions.

Sale items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount can be returned and refunded under the same conditions as full-price items.

Once we have received your request, we will provide you with the return address and the instructions you need to send the package. Please note that our return address may be located outside the United States, so return shipping costs may be higher than for domestic shipments.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is incorrect or defective, or there has been an error on our part.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Oaklyn Atelier is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know by email whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 10 business days, depending also on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

Restocking fees
Oaklyn Atelier does not charge restocking fees on returns.
